Kai-Zen means “constant and never ending improvement in health and wellness.” Our philosophy is that health is dynamic and no matter what level your health is you can always improve it. Our mission is to empower you, your family, and your friends on that journey. We want to give you the tools so you can be proactive with your health rather then reactive. Our goal is to raise your health and enjoyment of life to a higher level; ask some of our current clients to share their experiences.

In order to guide you on that ongoing journey we have created what we believe to be the most proactive wellness center in the valley. The environment was created with healing and relaxing tones. Further, Kai-Zen was created with state of the art equipment to guide you on your journey. We have NASA developed technology that can detect underlying health problems long before you have a symptom. We have state of the art digital x-ray, so not only do you get the highest quality x-rays, you can take your x-rays with you on a CD and share them with your other health care providers.

In addition, we have the revolutionary Pro-Adjuster technology. With this technology, there is no twisting or turning that is associated with a traditional visit to the chiropractor's office, so there is less fear. Furthermore, the Pro-Adjuster shows you what needs to be done, what we do in each session, and how many more visits it will likely take before we correct the problem. This technology is leading the way in the Science-based chiropractic. Our office also offers a variety of other services including acupuncture, massage therapy, and the Creating Wellness System.

Acupuncture is a health practice that has been utilized for thousands of years. As with all of our services, the goal is to balance the body so you can function at a higher level of health. Our acupuncturists have a gentle and effective technique. If you have never been to an acupuncturist, please schedule a consultation. The consult includes a question and answer, evaluation, and discussion about goals.

Massage therapy is a service that is loved by everyone and used to relax and rejuvenate the body. Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Reflexology, and Reiki are all services provided by our massage therapists. Our therapists are highly skilled and our prices are reasonable.

In addition to this, we are proud to be chosen as one of only a handful of clinics to offer our clients the Creating Wellness System.
